I really enjoyed working with Farah & Mya during my house search. They were very knowledgeable about the housing market in the areas I was considering. They were always available when I needed them to be, were very responsive, and very patient during my search. When I found the house I wanted, they put together a very compelling presentation to convince the seller that my offer was the strongest (this was a multiple offer situation).

Another advantage that Castle View Realty provides is a mortgage broker service. They were able to find a competitive mortgage that met all of my requirements. I was able to leave all of the paperwork to them, so I could focus on other tasks. It's like one-stop shopping! I would highly recommend using their services for buying and financing a home. Several years ago, we were in need of finding a larger home to accommodate our growing family. First, regarding the "one thing we liked about how you performed in our transaction": Of the many things we were particularly pleased with regarding how Castle View, and namely Farah Bani-Taba, handled the sale of our home, we were most impressed by the ultimate professionalism with which the transaction was performed! This was demonstrated by 1.)the continuous flow of information regarding progress against the Plan, 2.)quick and knowledgeable responses to our questions, and 3.)the pleasant, sociable, well-mannered and always well-dressed appearance of Farah- our Broker.

Second, pertaining to the "one thing we thought Castle View did that was different from other Realtors or different from our previous real estate experiences": Not only did Farah spend time with us (making no derogatory remarks about other brokers/agents) and immediately started working in our behalf even before getting our listing, but she also reduced her commission to increase our portion of the proceeds. However, one of the most impressive ways she demonstrated her complete commitment to us was by being present at all inspections and appraisals - positively looking out for our interests at all times!!

Third, regarding the one thing we would recommend to improve: When we get to meet people as nice as Farah and Mo (her husband) as well as the other nice people at Castle View and get what we want for our home in only three weeks (in a market when everyone else is "explaining" to us why it can't be done!), we have no complaints!! Having heard and read so much about the slowing market and the importance of the first 2-3 weeks on the market, we wondered about the time that Open Houses should be opened. However, we believed in Farah and her understanding of the "right thing to do" -and the results showed our faith was well placed. Even the lack of performance by the local newspaper (SJM) and it's possible impact on one of the open houses was quickly addressed and professionally handled. In summary, our experience with Castle View has been delightful. It's just difficult to argue with Success!!
